By the time you see this post, we will have been under various degrees of “Stay at Home” orders for several months. And, if you are anything like me — worried about being in close contact with a stranger or someone you have not seen for ages — you have been avoiding the salon for at least 6 months. If so, and you have naturally occurring silver hair then you are likely watching an ever-widening white, tweed, or tinseled stripe coming out of your scalp and you are wondering what to do with it.

First Of All, You Need To Stay Calm And Resist The Boxed Hair Dye!

That’s right, Put Down That Bottle!

If you’ve already hit the Box dye, well, GAME OVER! That said, you can always restart the game tomorrow.

You may have slightly destroyed the condition of your hair, however, it is temporary. But, it says “permanent” on the box?True. That said, every strand of your hair is temporary, so the permanence will eventually fall out or be cut out. The damage to your hair will only last as long as the life cycle of your hair.
